Problem Solving Task

Screen Shot 2014-09-17 at 1.38.18 PM.png
I am learning to solve problems by using my understanding of the equivalence between percentages and fractions.

50% of 30
half of 30=15
20% 0f 15
⅕ of 15
15 divided by 5=3
15-3=12

Percentages and Fractions Reflection
I am learning to solve problems by using my understanding of the equivalence between percentages and fractions.
I am so proud of being able to convert percentages to fractions.
It can be tricky to work out the answer.
My buddy can help me by checking my work to see if it is wrong or right.
The next step for me in my learning is to do a Stage 7 question by myself.

You worked well in a group to solve this problem. We will be working on more of these so that they will get easier to solve. Keep up the good effort with your Maths.
